"Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. "I loved everything about this property. I was traveling solo but the atmosphere is safe. The food and drinks are the best. The cleanliness of the hotel is attributed by the cleaning staff who work above and beyond to keep the hotel clean. The entire staff are exceptional who make sure all of your needs are met. Not good with names ,but the manager I believe Chris is his name runs that hotel efficiently and is an inspiration to his staff. The female supervisor holds her own during her shift....

"Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. "

"I booked two triple rooms for my family and I. Check in was easy and check staff friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, quiet. They had enough pillows and towels. The soap and shampoo dispensers were fully stocked. The power shower was great and easy to use. There was hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room and tea and coffee properly stocked.
