"The room was nothing like the photos. I wish the photos given for the room was more realistic. That said the room was functional. The shower worked fine and had plenty of hot water. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It had a small but functional TV, the fridge did not work. We checked in at 4am and it took the front room staff a long time to verify our booking even after showing hum a print out and online verification of our booking. "I arrived and the manager couldnt find my booking. He was rude and aggressive and demanded that I call hotels.com even though i had already paid. He eventually realised he had made a mistake and found my booking, but didnt offer any sort of apology. The room was a street view with zero sound-proofing which meant the honking was relentless. It was also dirty, the bed frame seemed as though it hadnt been cleaned in weeks."

"It's conveniently located near the train station, but it's inside a market, so getting a taxi is a bit difficult. The hot water works well, but rats playing in the ceiling kept me up at night. The bathroom and bed sheets aren't clean."

"Wonderful staff at reception Frank, Thombre driver, Ramlal etc. all of them. Was visiting for an eye procedure at the Insight Eye Clinic and this was extremely convinient. Outdoors is indias famous organized chaos due to its central location outside Dadar station. Inside is tranquil. Lots of food options in the three restaurants at the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will stay here again if need arises. "
