"Breakfast was minimal on the first day and many of the breakfast supplies were never replenished for the remainder of our stay. The staff was in attentive as they sat behind the desk playing on their phone instead of working. The entire place needs to be cleaned. TP mount broken off wall in bathroom. Was initially given a room that had not been cleaned when checking in after 9 PM. Pool was out of order. One elevator was broken..... too much to list. Property needs to be burned down and rebuilt. Staff needs to be replaced. Sometimes you don't get what you may for no matter how low the payment."

"Breakfast is by Starbucks so you have to pay. No complimentary coffee. Other than that it’s a great hotel. "

"The rooms were clean and in great condition. Breakfast was an actual full Breakfast. The staff were wonderful. Only thing that made me nervous were the elevators-super rickety and making awful noises. If I ever go back to Wichita Falls I’ll definitely be staying here again."
