"We chose a first class room overlooking the beach. Perfect! Spotless and beautifully presented. Kitchen was fully equipped, in-room laundry facilities were greatfully utilized, bed was divine, fireplace was welcomed and furniture was comfortable and placed to maximize the beach view. The staff were, without exception, happy to have us as their guests for the week. Our family, husband, wife, daughter, invited our locally resident cousins to join us for morning coffee. They fell in love with the Beach Club too. Top notch all around. Our thanks. "

"Very convenient location. Friendly front desk. They gave me a big room with a sitting area and kitchenette, functional microwave and keurig machine. No filtered water or bottled water. I did not try the Free Bird restaurant but the menu looks good and prices reasonable. shower head delivers water in a ring thus more difficult to get clean. "

"Breakfast was good it had variety though don't expect bacon or sausage. Rooms were clean and fresh and parking well lit. Staff was welcoming and pleasant."

"The elevator was known to not be working. The staff did not put up any signs indicating we could end up being trapped. We were trapped. It was only for 10 minutes, however since we didn’t know how long it would be we were feeling quite anxious. We were upset to learn that the elevator had been having issues all day. The staff did not care and basically told us to relax. Not acceptable. "

"We always stay at Versante Hotel when we visit Vancouver, and it never disappoints. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the facilities are well-maintained and easy to use, and the bedding is fresh and very comfortable. The temperature and humidity are perfectly balanced, making the stay even more pleasant. We also had a great experience with the outdoor pool and the gym—both are excellent and well-kept.
