"I am not sure why this is called a sport hotel. There is a weird gym, but no pool or other options for fitness. Breakfast was nice. Reservations communication and service need to be improved."

"This is a nice hotel in a quiet town outside of Hamburg. The hotel has a nice location overlooking a river and has a great rooftop terrace that is really beautifully decorated. The staff is sweet and polite, nothing to put a finger on. The price the same level as other larger hotels and therefore you should expect similar quality and accommodation. "Did not stay! Couldn’t park, waited outside in my car trying to communicate with the hotel staff, sent them messages but no answer! I’m disabled and eventually hobbled into reception where the receptionist was hiding behind a monitor. She was of no help so I left and drove on, very tired but found a nice hotel in Bremen with Trivago!"
