"This is a great hotel especially if you are getting the Banff Airporter bus from Calgary or Banff as it stops at this hotel in Canmore. The hotel is an easy walk to downtown or you can get a bus at the front door. The staff are great.They gave me a late check out for free. The restaurant is very good as well especially for lunch up to 4pm. Bus to Banff 2 minutes walk and local buses free. "

"The facility caters to the Nordic Spa users. We didn’t understand that when we booked the room. However it is still a beautiful facility in a majestic location. Staff are helpful and friendly. One of the care takers voluntarily helped with our luggage, one of the cleaning staff helped find a table for the room to accommodate my CPAP machine."
