"I arrive at the hotel with my family at 1 pm after a long flight. I had to make a long line of about 9 people, from which it took about 35 minutes because two people were checking in. The room was ready at 3 pm, so the main desk suggested I get something to eat and come back at 3 pm. At 3 PM, I came back and had to do the same line for another 40 minutes—great way to start a family vacation. At the entrance, a gentleman was holding our bags and couldn’t help us after we'd already waited almost an hour in line to check in, and told us they were waiting for the little bus to deliver the bags. Well, I dragged my bags to my room with my wife and my two-year-old daughter. To top it all off, the shower in the room was broken. I called the main desk, and they said yes, yes, we will take care of it, and it never happened. I wouldn’t suggest the hotel if you want to spend a quality time with family and enjoy the amenities. Also, the people try to sell you vacation plans, for what the same disaster experienced…. No thanks!!"

"We had an amazing stay at this resort. We stayed for a week which in my opinion is perfect. I found all the food to be amazing, there is something for everyone to eat here. There is options for food almost 24 hours a day at this resort. All the bars and bartenders were awesome our entire stay. The à la carte restaurants were awesome especially the Italian restaurant. The room was bigger than expected for a junior suite and was very clean. The pool and beach were amazing. The beach doesn’t have the crystal clear water as in punta Cana so if you’re basing your trip off of that this may not be the resort for you. However, the beach is still very very nice. We spent half of our time here at the beach regardless. 24hr front desk service. Buffet times were 7-10:30am, 1-3pm , and 6:30-10pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach restaurant buffet was is open from 10am-6pm. The late night snack shack open from 10:30pm -6am"
