"The room was very clean, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Especially Berna and Rosy. They were wonderful, Berna even went out of his way to get us a fresh coconut. We were treated like family and I want to make sure they get recognized. This is coming from a person that really doesn't like writing reviews. They really deserve recognition and praise! "

"Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. "Staff was very friendly. Benjamin the waiter was very accommodating. Really close to Tikal national park entrance. Con: no outlets to charge your phone. There was one usb outlet but it wouldn’t charge my phone. Pool area is very nice and at sundown you can see the wild life such as monkeys on the trees. "

"Jungle Lodge is by far the best place to stay in Tikal National Park. Beautiful. Why the 4 stars and not 5. They are not efficient at the front desk. Couldn't find our booking. Said we booked more nights than we had. And a few other logistical things. If this place had tight management I think it is a top notch hotel. Great stay."
