"Convenient location, short distance from train station. Shops and restaurants all around. Beach is a short walk too.
More importantly, very friendly owner and staff."
"This is a family run hotel in its 4th generation. The staff are helpful. The highlight was the dinner. The hake was superb and the beef t-bone was also excellent. The hotel has beautiful views from its terrace over the coast and also for the sunset."

"I really liked this hotel for its uniqueness, location, stunning views, and great staff. You have to keep in mind that the building is very old, from something like the 1600’s , and there are nuisances to any old building versus a new structure.
There are areas that could use some upgrades, simple things like pillows but that being said, the benefits of this gem are worth it."
"Super clean and really cozy atmosphere! There was a BBQ thrown the first night of my trip too and the crowd it welcomes is a lot of solo travelers who were also kind. Really appreciated the space for yoga and stetching. Boards are in good condition along with wetsuits. Only thing is I wished I was aware of the cost of the BBQ/Surfing rates beforehand, but it was no problem because it's well affordable."
"Nice hotel for the price… the breakfast is fantastic. The owners are lovely. Needs some little refreshing in parts. Not easy to find based on any gps and signage. "
"Poor communication. No advance access code. All doors are locked and you are on your own at night. I was lucky to find a guy with a local phone to call the facility emergency line. After that , a simple digital code was emailed to me.
NOT a Good Place to stay!!! $$$ and zero service. "
