"“I had a fantastic stay at Velto Serene. Luis, the manager, and the staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The view of the lake and nature was stunning, the room was cozy, and the jacuzzi was a treat. The chefs made great food, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful place in Guatapé, this is perfect—and I’d give it more than five stars if I could!” I will be backfor sure😊"

The breakfast was made by the person on duty at the time when I came down in the morning. Always scrambled eggs, arepa, small piece of white bread, and coffee. My stay was during the slow season and I may have been the only guest in the hotel, so I can not comment on noise. Good WIFI. It is an easy walk to the...

"If you want to get away from routine and relax, this is the place. I would highly recommend it. The staff were excellent, the food 10/10, the view is just peaceful. I recommend staying two nights and make sure you get a massage and try their hamburgers. "

"The hotel was amazing, beautiful view. The only concern is the about the drive way to arrive at the property. "

"Una muy buena opción por la relación calidad- precio para familias con excelente vista, la casa familiar un poco vieja."
