Hotel Best Western di El Paso

"The hotel is fine and within walking distance to the airport which is a good thing. I left my vehicle in their lot for 10 dollars a day. Upon my return, I waited nearly 30 minutes for their shuttle. They told me it would be right over. I walked to my car and noticed the shuttle parked and empty, no driver in sight. Don't leave your car there and by the way, don't trust them when they tell you that you can grab a snack if you leave the hotel before 6 am. They had nothing in my case. But the room...

"Parking is limited and condensing or carpooling would be a good idea, especially if you get a back room, that area has no parking slots, they´re all fire lanes. Rooms are clean but floor was a little dusty. Rooms have hard floor, no carpet (thank goodness). Pictures did make it appear bigger and more spacious than IRL. Breakfast lobby is a little small and gets packed quick. Area nearby is surrounded by restaurants and more food options that come in handy. Easy access to the I10, which made...

"Great location and we got a great deal. Super friendly staff when checking in. Got us in our room very fast. Will definitely stay at this location again if in the area. I wish all hotels where like this."
