"Breakfast is great, Hotel is right next to the University , has many good options of restaurants near by . The hotel needs a little renovation and they need to fix the elevators"

"I was issued a room on the 6th floor and when I got there, the room did not have running water. I raised the issue and kept being assured that it was being resolved till 10 p.m. when I finally demanded to be moved to another room. I was then moved to a room on the 2nd floor that had running water but no hot water that night. I only got hot water the next morning. The towels are old and thus can barely dry your body. The breakfast does not have some basic hot items like eggs or sausage that you would expect. This hotel was pretty okay about a year and a half ago when we last stayed, but has seriously deteriorated lately. The internet is also very slow. I had to use my cellular data roaming in order to actually be able to have teams calls. Otherwise the location itself is quite good."

"Clean room, kind staff, unfortunately my first room had a leak at sink and it took them some time to troubleshoot to then move me to another room a day later after I was all settled in. Maintenance has a long way to go in this hotel. It’s my 5th time staying here, there is always something related to maintenance.. during my previous stay the storm took out the generator and all night the AC was not working..it was super humid and hot.. "
