Superb and helpful staff from arrangements of airport transportation to important information in touring the area. Relaxing beachfront swimming pool that is overlooking to the limestone cliff formations! Complimentary drinks upon arrival from a 6-hour shuttle ride from Puerto Princessa was a plus! Free breakfast was delicious! We reserved a family shared dormitory room that was suitable to our need, and I would suggest to adding a light to the vanity dresser. We will definitely book this resort again when back in El Nido. Thank you making our stay in El Nido memorable and wonderful!

Breakfast was buffet type only 1/2 of the days. Other days must be choosen from the list and can't be customed. For example fruit plate or toast end eggs, you can't have a little bit of both of them.

I really appreciated the service at the hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. The airport transfer was excellent! punctual and very convenient. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing, with limited variety and below-average quality. With some improvements in that area, the experience would be perfect.

Le prix était vraiment trop élevé pour les prestations fournies. Piscine trouble, mobilier de mauvaise qualité, service inefficace, climatisation défaillante, chambre très moche, manque de linge…

Awful experience, avoid this resort.

We would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were dirty and window blinds were falling off the windows. Towels were not in the bathroom or room when we arrived. We had three done villa rooms for our party. One room had a missing window that had a piece of card board taped over the hole with masking tape. For the second room, the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor and there was a constant pool of water. The third room was infested with mosquitoes and we later found mosquito larva in the room. When we brought these issues to the hotel staff they did nothing to rectify the situation and wouldn’t even provide a discount or move our rooms. It was frustrating because we prepaid for the stay. The location of the hotel is good and could have so much potential. Avoid this nightmare resort.

Terrible accomodation Room 106

Dear Authorized, I recently booked a stay at “Weekends Resorts El Nido” from 14 to 18 February, but I am extremely disappointed with the conditions of the accommodation. Unfortunately, the room does not meet even basic living standards, and I would like a full refund for my stay. Here are the key issues I encountered: • The room has no windows, making it feel extremely confined and uncomfortable. • The bathroom and toilet are shared and consistently dirty, which is unacceptable. • The room is damp and has a terrible smell, making it an unhealthy environment to stay in. Due to these conditions, I find it impossible to continue my stay. If necessary, I can provide pictures as evidence of the poor state of the facilities. By far the worst so called resort we have ever stayed in! At $211 Aus per night staying 9 nights in February 2025 We read the reviews between booed and thought really how bad could it be or maybe they have picked there game up arr NO Starting with the staff not helping with luggage to the room, ( ok that’s ok we thought and just laughed) Being told you will only receive 2 small bottles of fresh water in your room for 9 nights Almost impossible to have your room cleaned , so if you want the room cleaned hand your keys to reception give the a time frame like 4 hours and guess what, no room cleaned and no keys available this took some heated conversations with the manager and after 8 hours had a very poor cleaning service with no bed sheet and holes in the bath towels not the mention the toilet seat not cleaned , disgusting So we were sick with a stomach bug for 6 days and during those 6 days there was no water in our room So couldn’t not flutter toilet could not wash our hands or shower Had heated discussions with the manager who did not care We were washing our hands in the pool spa filling 5 litre bottles of water up from the pool spa to flush the toilet, trying to find staff and asking for toilet paper, all this was communicated to the manager but nothing happened On our departure we asked for a refund and was told we can not due to Expedia policy, this is another reason I’m writing this. Never stay at this resort ( THE LAST RESORT) Never pay upfront at the resort

Our stay at this so-called “resort” was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The property is nothing like what is advertised—the photos must have been taken years ago because what we arrived to was a run-down, poorly maintained hotel that felt semi-abandoned. The room smelled awful upon arrival, and airing it out was impossible because the ceiling fan was broken. We requested for it to be fixed, but no one ever resolved the issue. To make matters worse, the mosquito net on the window had a large hole in it, making it useless. Housekeeping was supposed to be daily, yet we had to request it and leave our key for the day. When we returned, instead of actually cleaning, they had placed an air purifier with a strong chemical smell to mask the awful stench. What was truly disturbing, however, was that the staff went through our belongings. They unpacked and folded clothes from our backpack and even sorted through part of our suitcase—bags that we had intentionally tucked away. This is a complete breach of privacy and utterly unacceptable. The room was advertised to have an in-room safe—this did not exist. The food options were terrible, and the daily breakfast was extremely limited. The staff were indifferent and unhelpful. Paying over $400AUD a night, I wouldn’t pay $80 for this place. Don’t waste your money you can get a sunset view from anywhere in El Nido.

Totally unprofessional. The staff were indifferent & unhelpful. Every request we made was ignored. Absolutely ripped off.

Perfect location, clean beach, both pool clean. All areas clean every day. No insects, no mosquitoes. Very friendly staff. Quick and very good breakfast. Nice food in the restaurant. TV with Netflix. Clean shower. Minibar. Good air conditioning. Free transportation to and from airport El Nido / Lio

Really dirty and not maintained. Bathroom was filthy, asked get it to be cleaned and it was not. Reception toilets even worse. Everything was covered in dust, it actually smelt like dust. Pool was green slimey looking, no guests used during our stay. Fixtures were having off the wall, lights didn’t work in our room, hole in top of door where mosquitoes got in. We did not get tair con didn’t really work. Refused airport pick up and drop off which they said was free. Not enough staff we waited 1 hour 30 minutes on scrambled eggs at breakfast. We paid a lot for this stay so we were very disappointed. It’s a shame as this property would be lovely if it was maintained and cleaned every once in a while.

運営側にも問題ある

総合的に悪くはなかったのですが。値段の割ににはコスパは悪いと思う まだ新しいホテルのようでバイクタクシーのドライバーは滞在中ホテルを知っていたのは一人もいませんでした。web内にある地図は全く違う所を示しており到着日は重い荷物を引きずりながら、2時間程さまよいました、英語に自信が無い方はたどり着かないと思う 後ルームクリーニング頼んだら全てのEチケットを捨てられ帰りかなり苦労しました
