"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"Great place all around. My only complaint would be room service and cleaning services were odd. We were constantly asking for beer and water to be restocked. When we finally got the restock they didn’t add to the fridge. They would come in to clean our room at random times and multiple times a day. We received an amazing plate of truffles from Expedia, and they removed from the room before we could eat them. "
