Hotel Dekat El Juglar

"The quality of service varies considerably depending on the staff member. Immediately after checking in, I found many flies in my room. When I reported this to the staff, I was told it was normal."

"This hotel was beautiful! Very elegant and the rooms were huge. Massive king size bed and the bathroom and shower were first class. Loved the robes, housekeeping was top notch and the front desk staff were very helpful! We highly recommend staying here when you're in Madrid!"

"Everything was perfect. The apartment was super clean!"

"Excellent stay"

"The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our short stay wonderful. The welcome mimosa to the surprise delivered snack to our room with wine. Our room was not ready when we arruved, when we came back later to get our keys we found they had already brought our kuggage to the room. Beautiful room with amazing views. The beautifully designed pool and sauna was relaxing Location is ideal. Our room was on the plaza and when you closed the doors the sound completely disappeared. They even...

"Todo estuvo muy bueno exepto la localización"

"You need to be fit as the rooms are on the third floor. Staff were very helpful and courteous, although some were not so good at English but not a problem if you were patient. Great location as only a few minutes walk from Prado and less than 30 minutes from most city centre attractions…no catering so need to get vouchers from reception for two local cafe/restaurants, some excellent restaurant choices nearby. Interesting decor in our room (6), not much of a view but it was clean, spacious and...

"The staff were amazing! I truly believe that the start of a good vacation is how your hotel people receive you and this team was amazing for sure. Their patience with guests stands out most to me as I see they went above and beyond to help in any way they can. You can tell they were genuinely happy to help. They are an example of how humanity should be."

Excelente ubicacion. La habitaciòn pequeña pero limpia. Nos gustó mucho! 👍"

"Perfectly located. Our suite was delightful and a bargain at the price."
