"The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. They were always willing to help and after the first day remembered little details about what we liked to prepare it for us before we could even ask. There was some structural damages, very minimal but I'll assume thats from the recent earthquake a couple of weeks ago otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Excelente relación precio hospedaje, precios aceptable en restaurante y opción de cafeteria. Habitaciones limpias, cama comoda y almohadas comodas tela confortable. Personal amable. Solo algunas cosas a mejorar: 1. Colocar toalla de baño en el suelo para no salir mojado de la ducha evitar riesgo de caidas 2. Colocar techo abajo de los paneles solares del estacionamiento, te mojas todo si hay lluvia. 3. Colocar pasamano en la rampa de acceso con discapacidad hacer marquesina o techo desde el estacionamiento y paso de zebra con rampa para el discapacitado que deba entrar al hotel. tengo una discapacidad temporal y tuve muchisimo problema para bajarme y caminar"

"the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful."
