"This place is a Jim, I was so glad to have booked this hotel. It is a bit up the hill, but the view is phenomenal and the staff was amazing and dedicated to make sure my stay was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, the air conditioning worked great, the rooms were big with a private patio, the shower was super clean. I definitely recommend and I will go back for sure."

"The staffs all very nice and ready to help. Rooms are big, breakfast is of high quality. We end up eating most lunch and dinner on premise, since they are high quality, inexpensive with mice view and live music. The room is quite clean, but we had a leaking pipe the third day, they switched us to a better one. "

"We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. "We absolutely loved staying here. As a family of four we felt very comfortable in such beautiful and clean villas. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. The food was so delicious and the fresh fried plantains. Both the ladies in the kitchen were so sweet. Plenty of free private parking. The stairs are absolutely no issue, should you have one there is a wheelchair friendly route to take down to the villas/pool instead. We did not want to leave! If you’re wanting to stay near MA, stay here!"

Our room had an outdoor sunroom-like space with screened walls, which made it feel open and connected to nature while still feeling safe and comfortable.
