"Nós conhecíamos a proposta da acomodação no momento em que a reservamos e, no geral, ela atendeu a nossas expectativas (segurança, limpeza, acesso a cidade, privacidade da acomodação escolhida etc.). Ficamos satisfeitos. Nossa única observação se volta a alguns itens que poderiam estar disponíveis na acomodação, mas não estavam: tapete na área da cozinha americana, pano para pratos, tapete adicional no banheiro etc."

"The cooking facilities were very good as were the beds; even the pull out couch was comfortable. Should be noted that it's up a fair number of stairs and no elevator. Over all very good value for the money."

Por teléfono y WhatsApp un chico me ayudó en todo y fue miy amable y agradable. Además tuvimos un problema con el acceso restingido a las calles del centro y nos ayudó con esto también. "This has got to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we arrived we were directed to a screen outside the hotel to self check in - even though there were two staff on reception. When I complained I was checked in by a member of staff. We had our two dogs with us and access was not easy as there are a lot of dark corridors where the lights are on sensors but do not come on early enough. Because of this I tripped over my dogs lead on the stairs and cut my face"
