"Stayed here for 3 nights booked rooms Do not book for anything more than 2k. Pathetic service and amenities Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day. We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates....

"I started off in a tiny uncomfortable room like a boom closet with single bed even though I booked and paid for a non-smoking room with double bed many weeks in advance. "downgraded our room upon arrival and attempted to trick us into thinking that we booked it, then told expedia it was actually an upgrade. we were not allowed the private villas that we booked, but given a room in the apartment building. it was freezing cold in the room and there was no hot water so we came in tired and cold (winter in rajasthan) only to find that we were denied heating besides a dirty fan heater we got after asking reception. daughter was not given extra bedding until we asked...
