They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They have an older hotel building foundation, closer to a motel look, and is still being renovated. Housekeeping cleans your room every other day of the stay. So if you need things, you have to go to the front desk and ask in person so it is a bit inconvenience but maybe partially because of low staff. "Arrived after midnight and room smelled of cleaning chemicals. Was too tired to say anything but smelled bad and hurt my eyes. Next morning complained to person at front desk and he seemed uninterested and was unhelpful.
