it's an older hotel but it's super nice and fun and free. great stay away from all the busy hotel strip. feels very much like a vacation. and while breakfast could have been more upscale and cleaner and some renovation is in place, I still loved my stay there.

We booked a standard room which was nice very nice and quiet, but we expected a balcony with a view. It had a balcony but not the view. Not to worry the manager upgraded us to the Royal room the next day. Best room we ever had with a beautiful view and exceptional amenities! The breakfast is very good and the location of the hotel is perfect, withing walking distance of other good restaurants, check out the last refuge, and one of the the best aquariums in the world, with underwater viewing of the red sea marine life! Beach is just a short walk for outstanding snorkeling. Highly recommend this Hotel and I plan to return!

Best location , very poorly maintained and dirty.

Nice people and Best location hotel in Eilat with amazing view but unfortunately poorly maintained to an extreme level: dirty public areas, including lobby/pool toilets that can't be used, garbages overflowing and not emptied from the prior day and tables by the pool so dirty- never cleaned for at least 2 weeks - I was there twice to witness. outside my room there was food left I call There was nobody to help when you arrive with the car, with the parking or suitcases. self service for everything. In The room:old and not maintained, minibar was empty and no water were offered! in 45 degree Celsius, The price of 5 starts , but the hotel worst then motel. except the view. random towels service in the room, sometime missing face towels, most time no leg towel, one day no towels at all -when we come back from the beach . under my balcony we had small roof full of cigarette buds cans and wrappers. I had during my 2 visit 3 rooms and it was true for each room. they charge us $500 for first stay and over $600 for my 2nd stay, outrageous as we expected 5 starts hotel for that, not hostel.

The hotel setting is uniquely beautiful nestled in the ancient hills of the Sinai dessert. Your view from the pool Imagines a Charleston Heston leading the Israelites out of Egypt. Unfortunately that is where it stops. While the rooms and amenities are okay the staff draw a big fat zero. None of them seem happy to be there and in some they are outright angry. For anyone who travels to Israel will know that service is not in its top ten and things to be proud of. Overall a unique experience if you can do without the warm, welcoming, and accommodating smile of the staff who will take care of you throughout your stay.

Very disappointed from this hotel, the staff are not friendly, zero in customer service and willing to help guest! after I checked in and got my room 25 minutes after another couple came to my room to check in as they gave them the room like mine. we booked 3 rooms and I called the hotel few times in advance to make sure all our rooms will be next to one another as it was my family and father who is sick and has dementia and can stay in a room only next to me. once we checked in we were told only 1 room ready but our rooms next to one another which was again wrong after we checked in another 2 couples came to check in, in the rooms next to us. I called the reception to ask why they are doing these mistakes and I was asked to come again to the reception and they asked to move rooms again which I refused, I never saw in my life such Insensitivity trough my father sickness, that's after they promise rooms next to one another. the reception manager was rude to us which she transferred us to her manager and another manager I just felt that I want to check out from this hotel ASAP. outside the room was dirty a trash that wasn't clean full with dirty dippers, they only came to clean it after 30 hours since we checked in. our room was in bad condition, the shower wasn't locking, dirty wall, broken wall, even the following day when a cleaner came to clean they didn't clean the balcony which I was shocked! I took pictures and video of everything, terrible! I recommend not to book it!

Varietà di ambienti.

Complesso alberghiero con dietro il deserto e sul davanti il mare, immerso in un verde che mi ha rimandato ad una struttura simile nell'isola di Mauritius. Possibilità di evitare l'aria condizionata pranzando fuori ed essendo le camere con entrata singola, dotate di condizionatore e, per me preferibile , di grande ventilatore. Ottime spiagge vicine con barriera corallina uscendo a destra o una a sinistra ( la più attrezzata, ma solo con la possibilità di nuotare lungo la barriera e non sopra le formazioni ),comunque tutte adatte anche per non nuotatori come il sottoscritto. Vicino pure l'U.W.M.O. Non posso dare giudizi sul centro benessere non avendolo frequentato. La struttura è prevalentemente il legno e pertanto richiede continua cura ed è normale che non possa più essere come quando inaugurata.
