"Like : cleanliness , convenient, great service during my stay and like to say thank you to the room director Mr. Frank Pang and appreciate his good cautious and attentive services provided . A well manner staff of Baililai , should deserve my recommendation and recognised his hard work. Dislike: Is the breakfast has fallen in quality comparing to last year , Food was either hard or uncooked or did not top up in time for guests "

Sauna not functional. Hotel good otherwise

"The hotel is very clean and the rooms were great. My only major frustration was the fact that they don't have their sauna running and it apparently has been running for over a year. When you advertise something you should provide it. I can understand something getting fixed over a month but not years."
