I selected this hotel over others in the area specifically because it had a restaurant for dinner but learned when I arrived that the restaurant was temporarily closed--that despite the fact that I received multiple messages from the hotel up to my arrival date informing me of the restaurant hours. That misleading information was not appreciated."

One of the biggest highlights was their aurora wake-up calls—they actively kept watch and made sure to notify us the moment the northern lights danced outside, ensuring we didn't miss a single magical moment. On top of that, the breakfasts were nothing short of spectacular: freshly made, hearty, and delicious.
