"My family had a wonderful time at Hotel Maximillian! The rooms are clean, well appointed, and the beds are super comfy. The view out the window is picture perfect of beautiful mountains. The location is quiet, with plenty of parking. The restaurant is excellent! We went into town one night and paid twice as much for dinner, and it wasn't nearly delicious as the meals we had in the hotel restaurant. The best part of the hotel is the staff! "This is a really nice hotel. Its very clean, very friendly staff, and good views of the castles. The breakfast was great, we didnt have dinner, but it smelled great. The bus stops are close by, so its easy to get around. We opted to walk to the castles, it was about 45 minutes and very scenic, would recommend highly. "

"We had an amazing room with our own sauna, the room / apartment was spacious with lots of lounge space, couches and storage. We were on the top floor with amazing views overlooking the city lights and streets below, along with the alps/mountains across the horizon. The staff were very accommodating and while they didn’t speak much English they made every effort to attend to us. It gave us a good opportunity to practice using our translator apps."

"Clean safe great location. Came here a day before castle tour as that is an ordeal in itself. Bus to castle right outside and the hotel even gave us a free bus ticket. Breakfast was good and inexpensive at hotel also. Rather confusing inside of hotel with various incongruous floors doors etc. I would stay here again."
