"The front desk staff were awesome. Michael gave me a nice tower room. The hotel is nice, and the spa is good but could use some renovation. Overall, it’s a good hotel with only minor improvements needed."
"I enjoyed my stay here. The area was very congested but I walked around during the day and didn't go far. This is the real down to earth Egypt and not a fancy resort. "
"We really liked the security service always making sure they documented where we were going who we were going with and when we would be back they were also great with talking to the drivers and giving them precise directions where to pick us up at very much enjoyed our stay"

"Great stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Comfortable beds, selection of pillows and good noise insulation.
We tried the Egyptian restaurant, the Italian and the garden bar, that’s open 24/7. The food was good in all of them.
Ismail, the concierge, helped us organize our tours to the pyramids and a day tour to Alexandria, with a private driver. This took away the hassle of being at the mercy of Uber. It might have been a bit more expensive, but sometimes it takes a while for Uber to find a car and then you also end up waiting for several minutes until they come, and good luck getting them to go to Downtown.
All in all the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the area around it is not as good; the aquatic park next door was dismantled and the site looks like a war zone. It is not an area to walk."
"Some areas around the hotel seemed worn down and could use some updating. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, safe, had great dining options, extra amenities such as pool and bowling and the staff took really good care of us. "
