The lady at the reception who checked us in specifically was very helpful and helped us with all the information we needed with travelling around the area, food recommendations and anything else we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well and the waiting staff in the restaurant area was very pleasant and friendly. "Just a one night stop over with spa access, what a treat. Nice big rooms, nice staff and the spa is an added experience. Would highly recommend this hotel. My only advice if your male and not used to the French customs you cannot wear swimming shorts with pockets in the pool / spa area. We had to buy some thin Nilon material swimming shorts what they sell onsite, we just went up 2 sizes so they looked like shorts and not skin tight (or you can wear speedos if you want) "
