notre séjour a très mal commencé nous avions réservé pour 4 adultes et une enfant de 14 ans ainsi qu'un accès pour handicapé moteur. L'établissement avait reçu comme consigne (la veille de notre arrivée pour 2 adultes. Notre arrivée était prévue le dimanche après 17 h. Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure mais personne pour nous accueillir le dimanche seul un plan avec l'indication de notre bungalow. Dans celui-ci tout était prévu pour 2 personnes les draps etc. Heureusement que nous avons pu joindre Vanessa qui, bien que de repos est venue nous apporté tout ce qui nous manquait. J'ai laissé un message téléphonique à Vacancéole et j'attend encore qu'ils me rappellent. Très déçus de notre réservation j'hésiterai à renouveler l'expérience. Seuls l'accueil et la gentillesse de Vanessa et de son collègue ont apporté un plus à notre séjour.

Bien, pas de communication

Nous avons rencontré un soucis sur place. J'ai appelé pour prévenir que nous arriverons tard avec ma femme et mes enfants pour préparer la chambre et obtenir la clé à l'arrivée. Nous sommes arrivées à 0h00 et nous avions qu'un seul lit de prêt. Une personne croisé le matin nous a signalé qu'elle n'avait pas eu l'information d'une présence de 4 personnes. Nous avons donc dormi directement sur le matelas sans oreillers ni couvertures. Mauvaise expérience ! dommage, mis à part ce soucis, ça a l'air vraiment très bien.

Il y a eu un problème entre le serveur hotel.com et celui de vacancéol, ils n'avaient pas reçu notre réservation. Malgré tout le directeur et son équipe ont été très réactifs, sans compter sur un accueil très agréable et nous avons pu obtenir le logement convenu et profiter de la piscine. Notre unique nuit de passage c'est très bien passée.

Village vacances à Egletons

Agréable nuit à Egletons dans un petit chalet en bois. L'endroit est hyper calme. La piscine est centrale au milieu des chalets. Le centre de Egletons est seulement à quelques minutes en voiture avec quelques restaurants, boulangerie et supermarchés. C'était parfait pour mes enfants, mon mari et moi et on serait bien resté plus longtemps ! Jeudis soir en été à Egletons animés.

Résidence pratique pour une nuit de transit

Une nuit de transit passée dans cette calme et agréable résidence. L'équipement présent permet de se faire un petit déjeuner avant de partir. l'arrivée tardive est possible grâce à une bonne coordination avec le directeur de l'hôtel. Seul petit bémol, le lieu n'est pas très bien indiqué et lors d'une arrivée de nuit, nous avons pas mal tourné dans le village avant de trouver !!
