Upon arrival around 10 o’clock in the evening, we got to our rooms. Two of the rooms we were not able to watch TV. And could not figure it out., tried to call the front desk to learn that the front desk was closed for the night.
We tried to make a pot of coffee or tea, but the coffee pot was not working later to learn that the wall of plug-ins on that particular wall was not working.
Also usually rooms stock, cream, and sugar in the Room for your convenience we had none. Not to mention there was no breakfast in the morning, which is what was advertised.
My daughter in law in another room had a dirty bed. And then her daughter found a tip of a vape in one of the drawers, and proceeded to use it like lipstick.(2years old). They also tried to call the front desk and once again they were closed for the night.. they tell me the manager is going to review a credit, I asked for the manager’s name and number, and he would not provide it to me
