Room have bug & cocorach! I complained hotel manager also canceled 4/1-4/2 I ask refund ! Manager said need report to Expedia then ask Expedia refund become I paid two days to Expedia ! So I need Expedia refund one day back to me ! Thanks !

Front desk attendant was so rude! Overall the property was nice. Bed was uncomfortable, walls papering and water pressure was super low. I’m not completely dissatisfied but I do not plan to book here again.

Apparently, we had someone on our floor that had a dog that was barking ALL day and ALL night. When we called the front desk they said know one had put a pet deposit on that floor so there shouldn't have been a pet on that floor. Well there was and they were barking the WHOLE time we were there. Once the staff was alerted they went up there but the dog would stop/the staff didn't know where it was coming from and when they did find the room it was coming from know one answered the door. Stricker rules need to be in place for pets, I love dogs but I don't want to hear them barking ALL day and ALL night when I'm staying in a hotel.

The only thing i did not like was that, when i made the reservation it was showing as a double room and when i got there the employee told me they dont offer double rooms unless you pay an extra fee.

Tv couldn’t get many channels and quality of reception was terrible. Water pressure was awful. Front desk people were not very friendly. I was charged an $80 plus charge for my dog. However, this was never told to me in advance. I had no choice but to pay it.

We called the desk to help with excessive noise above our room that lasted several hours. The walls and floors are excessively thin. To say we had restful night would be a lie.
