"Fabulous location. Beautiful old house"

"We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. "

"The staff"

"Fantastic hotel and pub, very cosy and set in a fab location. The room we stayed in was delightful, very large with great amenities. Food was very tasty and the breakfast was plentiful and hot with a good variety of continental and hot breakfast items to choose from (full English including veggie option). Great to have onsite parking too. Will definitely be back thanks!"

"loved the place . enjoyed the stay, will return next time in the area"

"We’re walking the Herefordshire Trail and stayed here for one night. I was a good choice. A friendly welcome. We had an excellent room which was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to walk around. Food in the evening was excellent, with a good menu choice. A good selection of cask beers. Breakfast was excellent a good menu to choose from. All the staff were great. We highly recommend."

"Will stay again excellent value clean warm and quiet."

On arrival we phoned the 2 numbers given on numerous occasions again no answer, we left messages but no answer. After 30 minutes of wandering around looking for a key we found it under a stone. On entry it was apparent that the property was not prepared, the bedding etc was still...
