"Staff was excellent in helping me adjust and also help me in getting a tour guide last minute. My room upgrade was wonderfully amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed my time here. My experience in Machupicchu was incredible and this hotel made it perfect! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Machupicchu!"

"We loved it here. Such an amazing place. It’s remote, but the signage was good and our driver found it. Probably best to get there during the day. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me. But the place was so nice we were very happy we stayed here. "

"Excellent amenities in the room. They provided fresh water in a container. The hot springs were the most relaxing part of the trip. The hiking trail was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast had an excellent selection to choose. Staff was very kind and always professional. Overall, our stay was exceptional and we highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting a relaxing experience. "
