"We've just had the most amazing stay at The Swan, with our two dogs. Our room was fantastic with everything provided both for us, and for our dogs. All the staff were extremely dog friendly and helpful, and couldn't have made us feel more welcome.
We will definitely be back for another stay"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites Heathrow. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The room was lovely, clean and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. The location was also very convenient for Heathrow, especially when travelling with luggage.
A lovely hotel, great service and a very comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to...

"This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. We didn't interact with Staff as all information was provided via WhatsApp -...

"★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller
I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere.
Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...

"We were only in England for five days so I did not get the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as I had hoped, plus the weather was uncooperative. The staff and restaurant and rooms were lovely though. I have a local friend in chertsey who was able to drive us (me and my friend )to the nearby train station when we wanted to go into London. Otherwise it is a short Uber ride to get to Weybridge train station. The prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend."
