"Staff was not around when there were 5 guests including me waiting for check in at 8PM. They only left a sign asking guests to call a local phone number if they require assistance. Why does the hotel expect guests to pay mobile roaming charges to request staff just to get checked in? Luckily one of the guests called and was able to get someone help us after 30 minutes of standing. For the room, chairs and sofa were dirty and had stains over them. Otherwise, room is bigger and better than the Moxy Frankfurt East Hotel right beside it. I believe they are updating the hotel at the moment as construction works started around 9PM and woke me up. If I was going to check out late and rest a bit more I would be very annoyed. Breakfast is definitely not worth paying for. There is only random pastries, some vegetables, cereal and filtered coffee in a pot? No hot plates? Come on..."
