"Breakfast was good. We got the room right by the front so a good amount of noise from people checking in or opening and closing the door. Everything else was good."

"The beds were so soft that I fell inches in the middle of the bed, the breakfast is mediocre at best with too many carbs and inadequate protein and the front desk refused to give me receipt when I checked out. I feel the statement of running out of paper as the reason for their inability to print a receipt was not truthful. The first stay was good a couple of weeks ago but I will not stay there again"

"Beds were adequate.The room had several areas that were damaged and needed attention. I took pictures. Breakfast was fine with a good variety. Hot tub was not hot and only 1-2 jets working at full force. For what we paid, it should seem that the room wouldn’t have damages and should have been fixed prior to having it available. Also do we pay for not using the room safe if we didn’t use it? It’s like the available mini bar in hotels, but you pay only if you use it. It could have been nicer...

"This Embassy Suites was so very clean. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast is always a highlight. There were 3 other events that we knew of going on there but we always felt safe and free to walk around."

"The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was friendly. Great location and it felt like a safe environment, which I really liked. The only bad thing is the train; it passes very close by, blows its horn very loudly, and makes it difficult to sleep. That is the only downside"

"First off when we arrived after 11 PM pulled into the parking lot and noticed broken down cars and homeless persons sitting in a lot. I went inside to check in. I could not hear the attendant through the plastic or glass shield that was supposedly protecting the attendant. "Mattress was likely a large bag filled with old clothes, very lumpy and hard. Could hear the CPAP machine of someone on one side and snoring the other. We do not travel frequently bot we will have to find another way for accomodations."
