"When we arrived we found that the TV didn’t work. Called the front desk and the person came down. She didn’t have any idea what the problem was and she tried everything I had already done. So no TV the entire stay. The manager authorized a $15 off the stay. After they told me it was a simple fix and made it seem like it was operator error. Be aware that your arrival time must be conveyed to ensure someone is available to receive you upon arrival. Also, be aware that some cell phone carriers do not cover the immediate spot.
