"I have already mentioned my comments on the awful experience on check in the morning the manager apologized profusely but did not offer any remedy for the way I was treated and berated. Some kind of discount or even a refund would have been appreciated. I was not looking for a free nights stay so I paid my bill, but more than an apology would have been appreciated."

"The room was dirty. It was a handicapped accessible room that was in such disrepair it was unsafe. Tiles missing around the drain. A large panel in the wall next to the toilet was poorly secured and partially open. The sink drain under the counter had brown goo around it and sprayed on the wall. There was a low countertop area that was broken and would have easily cut someone. There was hair in every corner of the bathroom. The room smelled funky. The bathroom door around the latch was...
