"The property is obviously dated and could use some renovations. The breakfast was not as advertised (prepackaged pastries, and egg "disks"). The mattresses were uncomfortable and loud whenever I moved."

"The room had silver fish in it. Batteries on the room door lock went dead and the front desk clerk spent more time talking about his other job at a different motel then helping us get into our room. Only one man new how to get into the room and he was an hour away. I got to say though when he got there, he was less then 5 minutes to get us into the room. That man knows how to work a slim-jim. "

"The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Their pool and hot tub was actually in service. The hot tub was hot and relaxing! We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet. They even had a variety of condiments for the food and coffee bar! We would make a repeat visit there again if needed! "

"Everything was great except for only one wash cloth in the room. The staff person, when we checked in did her best. However, she was able to access the location where the towels were kept. "

"Clean. Very few Handicap parking spots but other parking options were fairly close. Easy drive to the CHI Center. No breakfast but if you have the extra time the Perkins next door will supposedly give you a discount if you provide your room number."

"Wonderful room and staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Breakfast was very good, hit and fresh with lots of choices. They will shuttle you to airport and they even brought me my phone charger and ear pods that I left on the room. Tammy "

"We chose this property because it had 7 stars on Expedia. When we arrived, the front desk associate was kind. There is no elevator. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The AC vent was broken. There was a hole in the wall from the doorknob. The bathroom ceiling was peeling over the bathtub. There were stains on the sheets. The chair in the room was completely covered in stains. There was no smoke alarm in the room. Overall, it was very uncomfortable."

"Breakfast was okay. The staff were not very professionally addressed. The surrounding area did not appear very safe. We were worried about our belongings. They could not even provide a printed receipt. Breakfast was okay. Elevator carpet was gross and smelled like smoke."

"My family of 6 loved the Annabell Gardens. Getting to the place, I wasn’t entirely sure it was a very nice area. But once we pulled into the parking lot, we were in awe of how cute the little complex was with all the grass, trees, and walkways, plus the outdoor pool/hot tub. We were lucky that it was a warm day and got to use the pool. It was nicely heated and we all had fun! Hot tub is a little small, but we mostly had the place to ourself, so it fit us. The breakfast was nice. My kids thought...

"We booked 3 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children in each room. We were assigned rooms with one king bed and a pull out. We were not given sheets or pillows for the pull out so the entire stay was uncomfortable. It happy at the rate we paid. "
