(1) The staff were extremely helpful and always available to accommodate or answer any question and make sure your stay met or exceeded your expectations.
(2) the location - convenient to reach any destination downtown or to the Custer National Memorial
(3) the facilities: a indoor pool, gym is somewhat subdued.
(4) Clean, safe and quiet

"There was no smoke detector in the room. The wiring was exposed on the lamp, which was not attached to the wall. We were concerned there were many plugs, put into one surge protector in one outlet. Towels and linen are in desperate need of upgrade. It’s obvious they are in stages of renovation, our room was freshly painted. The maintenance man immediately repaired to the lamp. The entrance the front and the back did not walk. There was also no chain on the door."
