"The Hyatt Place is a fabulous hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious. We had a room with 2 queen beds and also had a sitting area which was very comfortable. I'm guessing the sofa may have turned into a sofa bed, but we didn't check that out. It even comes with a complimentary breakfast in the morning. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to others!"

"I liked the brickwork and the elevators were quick to access. Desk clerks were kind and efficient. I did notice that the cold air return in my room was dirty, so I cleaned it. "

"My flight was cancelled so I needed a place to spend the night. I was impressed from the moment I called to request a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The gal (sorry I didn't get her name) who picked me up was very friendly and accommodating. Plus the guy (again no name) at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a last minute place to stay. "
