"Buona e completa anche la colazione"

"Accoglienza, condizioni della camera, colazione parcheggio sono stati eccellenti. Climatizzazione stanza (con il caldo a 39°!) e materasso hanno reso il soggiorno molto rilassante. Da non sottovalutare anche l'ottima insonorizzazione. La piscina della struttura (a pagamento) ha completato il relax. Da rivedere l'organizzazione del bar esterno. Struttura super consigliata."

"Great location. Close to all the sites and amenities. Room had all the amenities with small kitchen etc if you wanted to use. AC was great and hotel staff helpful. Very clean. Close to bus/train station - 10 minute walk. Would Definitely recommend and stay there again."

"Room was clean and nice, big bathroom, but AC didn't work. Mini fridge was nice and full of drinks - you can't store anything in it easily. Like the options in the mini fridge though. Hotel is very close to the bus stop which is nice too."

"We appreciated the hosts taking our last minute same day booking on an expedia relocation after our previous location did not have working hot water. "If the weather forecast says it is raining in Bologna on the day you come, do NOT book a stay here. The key to the apartment is delivered to you by a person (it is not a keybox). This person is not allowed to use electric bike in the rain (no insurance, was the reason). The result for our stay was that we waited for 2 hours for the rain to stop, outside the entrance of the apartment. We offered to swing by where the person live in our taxi, to pick up the key, but there was a requirement that...

"Toilet was right next to the bed in the same room- no cubicle. It smelled bad all day and worse at night. Even with the window open the smell was lingering!"

" The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...
