"They let me check in, even though I was early. In room laundry is awesome. Elevators take a little long, but it's a small price when the room was nice & well equipped and the staff was polite & accommodating. Located in "Chinatown" and convenient to publit transit stops. Great stay."

"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"We only stayed for one night. Shops and restaurants are all walking distance. They even have a playground nearby in Mascot community. Train station and bus stops are also within 5 mins walking distance. Airport was like 10 mins away. You can uber or Lyft easily. Unfortunately the hotel is longer provide their own airport transfer service states in the hotel description. Room itself is clean. Quiet, very helpful and welcoming staff.
