"From my first step into the property you notice how nice it is! No steps even into front door, certainly a plus for those that find curbs a challenge. The men at the desk, coming and going, were extremely nice. The room was perfect!"

"I didn't get the front desk gentlemans name but he was INCREDIBLY helpful and I feel he went above and beyond to be as helpful as he could. The first floor of the hotel was a little rough, carpet patches raised and separated. We had issues with our AC but again, the evening front desk guy was wonderful at helping fix things. "The evening front desk manager was very helpful. There had been some kind of leak in the room, possibly from the huge rain the day before & the carpet was still damp. The coffee pot & TV did not work. The evening of our last night, the manager finally was able to come fix both but by then our stay was about over. Our room was by the pool & was noisy at times. There was a standard breakfast available. The location was excellent for us."

"Terribly uncomfortable furniture. WiFi not secured. Rooms are junky. Batteries in both remote controls were dead. Water pressure in shower was bad. The shower head was broke. The floors are so dirty they make your socks brown. We had 3 nights reserved and only stayed 2 bc it was so uncomfortable. Very disappointed"

Next day some "employee" helped himself an walked right in the room, saying it was past check out time. My reservation was from Wednesday through saturday,. I go to front desk ask if everything was ok, they acted like the guy was only there to pick up items for another location. English wasn't their main language, so I walked away."
