"The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The room was adequate, although there were the bare minimum of towels (2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel). The parking was convenient and secure. We did end up turning on the AC and it worked great. Our room was missing a tv remote, and when we called down to the front desk they brought us another one and tested it to be sure it worked within minutes. "Clean room, amazing staff, nice breakfast options "

"I enjoyed the breakfast the waffles were the best part. The indoor pool (small) was nice as was the hot tub. But it was very busy at the pool due to the outdoor temp and possibly spring break. My room was clean and in good shape. "

"Air conditioner was great. Room was a little dirty as was the chair but bedding looked clean as was the bathroom. "

"Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back."

"Rooms smelled like mold and old carpet. the picture on Expedia Were more then likely taken by a professional or very very enhanced. The pool water was green wreaked of bleach .our bathrooms leaked water all night and it was pretty loud. my toilet seem to have black maybe mold around it. the only ice machine they had was broken. over all the smell of the room was very gross."

"The room was considerably dirty upon arriving with a broken tub. The floor was wet in various spots and walls had undeclared stains that resembled vomit. Sheets were not clean. The vending machine ate my money and I was told they don't serve them so can't refund. Terrible experience. "

"The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. "
