"I just happened here, avoiding stand-stiil traffic on I-80. Staff at Gem & Keystone were really excellent, and directed me to the main lodge after I ate there. Made 2 separate reservations for my next foray into this area. Beautiful, lovely people, scenery and food! I'll be back!!"

The first time my wife and I stayed here we just randomly picked the place because of the location expecting it to be like any other hotel, but it's more so a resort and the place is really spread out with many different areas with accommodations that are vastly different depending on where you are. "There was no stay the place is closed and I don't understand what happened I was booked for that location and when we got there was told no ac tv pool that they place will be closed down as of sunday its was stressful trip i hope something like that never happens on my next booking with expedia thank you "

"The bridge cottage was adequate as far as kitchenware. Plenty of dishes pots pans etc…The area was quiet and peaceful but I have to comment about the musty dank odor that we experienced for three days. I believe the majority of it was coming from the couch which we refused to sit on. This really put a damper on our stay. Recommend a thorough cleaning or new furniture. "
