Hotel di East Orleans

"The Nauset Beach Inn at Orleans is a special gem. The accommodations were clean and well kept. The view from our living room picture window was amazing, especial the early morning sunrises. Glorious! Not to be missed. We enjoyed the large firepit afternoons and evenings. The fireplace was a nice touch. Location was convenient for the many places to eat and visit. The owner was friendly and helpful. One suggestion for our cabin #4 is that it needs a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. There...

"The staff is extremely helpful!"

"Being a seasonal property, they had already closed the converted indoor pool, as it was near the end of the season. Although the motel was not fully booked, I was in between other guests, and could hear one of them snoring consistently throughout the night. No lights in the room were dimmable and were very bright when on, so it was either total darkness or blazing illumination. Housekeeping by request only. I was unable to access streaming apps on the TV, despite having a smart tv in the room,...

"We werent allowed in the bar because we didnt have reservations but there were plenty of openings. Bed was not comfortable in villages- pull out couch; not enough blankets or pillows and dirty"

"Chatham Bars Inn is undoubtedly in a prime location and has all of the ingredients to be a great hotel. However, we stayed recently in the main building and the room (whilst ok) was very average, it looked tired and in need of a refurbishment - the bed in particular was disappointing and very uncomfortable (I invite anyone at the hotel to take a look). We did visit end of season and so the lack of staff and atmosphere at the beach house area was understandable. In summary before visiting we felt...

"Beautiful ocean views, clean room with comfortable bed and bedding. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Location was convenient and safe. Would stay here again."

"Office was only open limited hours"

"The newly renovated rooms were bright and comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to try the indoor pool, but it looked nice! The only complaint I have is that our reservation states free breakfast but the management said that was an error. They compromised by paying a portion of our breakfast. I think free breakfast would be a nice amenity since there is a restaurant on the premises. It also would be nice if they gave you an option of tea along with coffee in the rooms."

"Quite room and good tv channel"

"Great stay for the price. Staff wasn’t very helpful"
