"The room was good and the service was excellent overall. However, I had one issue. When I extended my stay online, it seemed like the request wasn’t received or was ignored. I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."

In fact, the whole hotel took the appearance of somewhere normally priced well above what I paid. Lastly, the hotel staff had the courtesy and initiative to call me.afyer I had left a phone charger in the room; which I was able to collect."
