Breakfast was great a lot to choose from eggs sausages biscuits gravy waffles donuts danish cereal top of the line s are always fresh and hot. Staff even came around and ask if everything was okay! Didn't get to use pool and hot tub this time but looked great! Would highly recommend this hotel for sure!"

"Check in scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 7:30pm only to not have a room ready. Although the gentleman at the desk was apologetic, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for a room. We then decided to grab a quick bite in the lobby restaurant, and waited about an hour for ice cold chicken wings. "We arrived at midnight, exhausted and traveling with two kids. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant, treating us like servants. To be fair, the room itself looked okay and the bed sheets were clean and fresh—honestly, the only positive thing about our stay. Everything else was a disaster. The AC was completely broken and wouldn’t shut off or adjust. Even worse, the toilet didn't flush, so we had to carry water from the bathtub to wash it down (thankfully, there was a slow trickle of...

"The check in took forever as their system is slow. I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bathroom light did not work. We were told that they have no maintenance on site. When asked for another room they stated that they are booked. After me pushing they gave us another room. Well I booked king bad and ended up with 2 doubles. The breakfast is average."
