"First of all the negative things we renting a room that was small the bed was in one corner and we had to climb all over each other to get out of bed the main problem with this room is outside the window is a plant room for the aircon units in the rooms and it kept us up all night, In the morning I asked if we could move to a better room even know I had to pay another £30. The positives the rooms were very clean and tidy the swimming pool and steam room's was excellent and all staff was very helpful and polite. "

It was spacious and spotlessly clean.The rest of the hotel had undergone a refurb too and looked wonderful. The main thing to commend was the staff, who were delightful, friendly and helpful. This was especially so with the breakfast staff, who were a credit to you."
