"The room was wonderful- clean and had a deck right off of our slider & we were steps away from a beautiful pool and hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views of the water crashing on the rocks were amazing and there were chairs set up to sit and enjoy. There was a firepit and they served cookies and coffee in the afternoon & cheese and wine in the early evening. "The apartment was conveniently located and with parking for our car. Our apartment was on the second floor and the folks below us complained about our small children waking them up early (sorry!). I also wish they didn’t wake up at 5:30 😮‍💨 The dishes were not clean and there were only 2 forks and 5 spoons. We did some cooking there but the apartment was clean other than the dishes, definitely left them better than we found it."

"Very clean and lovely restored 1800’s home. Room was adequate for size considering a bathroom was added to make this a boutique room. We had two very large suitcases as we were traveling for 2 1/2 weeks so it was challenging for us to haul them up a narrow stairway and live out of them in our room as there was no dressers. I would recommend this room for light travelers. Comfortable bed!"

"Lovely old house that has become a beautiful inn. Walkable to downtown, train station, beach, terrific porch for outdoor afternoon relaxing. Our room “Wide Berth” was clean, spacious and bright, with two comfortable side chairs. Window ac unit was quiet and kept the room at just the right temp. Commin spaces were clean and well decorated."

"In late August my daughter, who now lives in Vancouver BC and myself in Vermont, visited Rockport/Gloucester MA. We have done quite a bit of traveling together in the US and UK.
