"Bis auf 2 kleine Missverständnisse der Bedienung in der Dachbar war alles äußerst hervorragend. Das Personal insgesamt war sehr nett. Besagtes Missverständnis wurde durch den Hotelmanager souverän gelöst. Das Zimmer war schön geräumig. Toilette war nicht in der Dusche, sondern in einem kleinen Extraraum. Das empfanden wir als sehr praktisch. "

"Wir hatten App 01. Dieses Appartment liegt direkt am Bürgersteig und an einer befahrenen Hauptstraße. Die Deckbetten und das Kopfkissen sind nicht gut, sondern zu warm (trotz der kühlen Temperaturen 13° C). Ansonsten war alles perfekt, sogar ein Haarföhn war da. Es wäre schön wenn die anderen Appartments keine Personenbeschränkung zum Beispiel ab 3 Personen hätten. "

I could sit in the lobby which was great and after talking to the reception at 08.00 my room was ready after 15 minutes which was very nice. "Just to summarize: one of the nicest smaller city hotels I have visited in years, clean, crisp, attentive service, very nice and spacious rooms, free coffee, cake and warm snacks in the afternoon, big breakfast, fantastic waterfront location, walking distance to downtown. "
